House London Removals

Chain position 04

Probate and empty property

Clearing a house after a death, or emptying a property you have inherited or let.

No chain and no deadline pressure, but far more decisions — and usually a family making them from a distance and in difficult circumstances.

What this position changes

Almost nothing is going to one destination. Items are split between family members in different parts of the country, items to be sold, items to a charity, and items genuinely finished.

Nobody knows what is in the loft. On a probate clearance that is not a figure of speech — it is often the largest single unknown in the job.

Paperwork matters more: an inventory that a family can actually agree on, and documented disposal for anything taken as waste.

What you get

What we bring to this position

  • 01 A room-by-room inventory a family can share and agree on before anything moves
  • 02 Multi-destination delivery to different addresses from a single clearance
  • 03 Licensed disposal with waste transfer documentation you keep
  • 04 Crews who have done this before and will not make a difficult day worse
